About Project Delta
We care about youth ministry because we believe God has given to us the responsibility to teach the Bible to our church. For the middle school and high school students of our church, our purpose in youth ministry is to teach the Bible to these young people. Our student ministries are the means by which we assist parents in teaching the Bible to the youth of our church. We call our youth group Project Delta.
Our young people meet on Sundays Mornings for Sunday School (10:00 AM – 10:45 AM). We also meet for youth group on Wednesdays from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the church building
Our youth ministry staff desires to CONNECT with the students of our church and their families. We try to discover how each student learns and the unique characteristics of that student and her home.
The staff of our student ministries desires to CARE for the students of our church, providing spiritual and physical care for each student.
We desire to CONVERSE about God and His Word with each student. As a result, we promote and facilitate peer-to-peer spiritual growth and accountability.
Our youth ministry staff desires to CHASE after the student in our church. We pursue the unbelieving student, the wandering student, and the fringe student with the love of Jesus Christ.
The student ministry at Grace Baptist Church promotes Bible learning and outreach through events, opportunities, and special meetings.
